Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Told in Song (the “Service”). By creating a gift you agree to them and to our Acceptable Use Policy.
The Service
We help you create personalised songs and optional photo music videos as digital gifts. Previews, generation times, and quality may vary. Payment is required to unlock final downloads except where a promotional unlock applies.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos and story text you provide. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, moderate, and render them solely to deliver your gift. You warrant that your content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and that you have all needed rights and consents.
Safety & enforcement
We may scan uploads, refuse or remove material, freeze gifts, and report illegal material to the Australian Federal Police or other authorities. We are not obliged to host or distribute content that violates these Terms.
Refunds
Digital goods unlocked after preview are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law or where we fail to deliver the paid gift.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is”. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under the laws applicable to you.
